Strategy Manager – Development & Execution

About the role

The Strategy Manager will support the creation, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management, and the capacity to turn strategic goals into actionable plans with measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of business and strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design and implement strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, business, and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
• Track and monitor initiatives to ensure timely delivery and achievement of targeted outcomes.
• Prepare and present strategic reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration and apply change‑management principles for sustainable implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification (MBA) preferred.
• 6‑10 years of experience in strategy, business planning, transformation, consulting or financial services.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
