Strength and Conditioning Coach

About the role

Join SPARK Athletic Center in Kuwait as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, where you will help shape the future of fitness by delivering evidence‑based training to professional, amateur and youth athletes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver individualized programs tailored to each member’s goals and needs.
• Conduct body composition assessments and performance testing through Spark LAB.
• Deliver at least two group classes daily and provide exceptional coaching experiences.
• Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective clients when required.
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions.
• Continuously develop expertise through certifications, workshops, and educational programs.
• Uphold SPARK’s standards of professionalism, service excellence, and member care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sport science (preferred).
• Additional qualifications such as Reformer Pilates, Aerial Yoga, Recovery and Rehab, Nutrition (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fitness/sports industry.
• Positive attitude, politeness, well‑mannered and fit body aesthetic.
• Lifelong learning mindset and basic computer/Microsoft Office skills.
• Good proficiency in English.
