Supervisor – Ice Cream Sales

About the role

Responsible for driving the success of KDD’s Ice Cream product line by executing sales activities, leading and motivating the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities for the Ice Cream product line to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Lead, motivate, and coach drivers and helpers to improve sales performance and service quality.
• Conduct field sales visits with team members, demonstrating effective selling techniques and providing on‑the‑job support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with traffic, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate workforce allocation, attendance, leave management, and manpower coverage.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG sales, route sales, distribution sales, or a related field, with supervisory experience.
