Supervisor, Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Spa & Wellness Supervisor will lead the daily operations of Four Seasons' luxury spa in Kuwait City, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving productivity and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee spa booking practices to maximize productivity and room utilization.
• Conduct daily checks of guest areas to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper equipment functioning.
• Manage inventories, reorder supplies and maintain retail displays.
• Supervise daily operations of the spa team, conduct training and monitor performance.
• Provide guest consultations, coordinate appointments and promote retail products.
• Ensure accurate input of services, gratuities and sales into the POS system and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with spa software systems such as Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera and HotSOS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Canva for visual materials.
