Supply Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Coordinator to join Snoonu’s Operations team in Kuwait. You will be the central point for managing rider availability, onboarding new riders and ensuring smooth delivery coverage across all zones.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate rider availability across all delivery zones.
• Support rider onboarding, including document collection and verification.
• Communicate daily schedules and assignments to keep the fleet moving.
• Track rider attendance, performance and compliance.
• Identify supply gaps and flag them to the Supply Lead before they become issues.
• Maintain accurate rider records in operational systems.
• Assist with rider concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
