As a Switchboard Telephonist at Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for guests calling the hotel. Your upbeat and friendly demeanor will help create memorable experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they pick up the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support with a positive attitude, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operational procedures.
• Support emergency response by accurately relaying information to the appropriate teams.
• Utilise the PBX system, computer applications, and other communication tools to manage daily call flow efficiently.
