Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead high‑volume recruitment campaigns, partnering with hiring managers, agencies and candidates to fill multiple positions quickly and efficiently. You will ensure a smooth end‑to‑end hiring process while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end bulk recruitment for multiple roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, agencies, referrals and social media.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pipelines for high‑volume positions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Oversee overseas recruitment activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Track recruitment KPIs, generate reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Support onboarding and keep recruitment records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably high‑volume or bulk hiring.
• Experience recruiting blue‑collar, technical or operational roles is a plus.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
