Technology Procurement Manager

About the role

stc Kuwait is seeking a Technology Procurement Manager to lead the technology purchasing function within its procurement department. You will be responsible for driving efficient acquisition of technology goods and services while minimizing costs and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all technology procurement activities and align them with overall procurement goals.
• Allocate purchase requests, balance team workload, and ensure timely processing of tenders, RFQs, and vendor selections.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost savings and efficient sourcing.
• Lead supplier management, negotiate pricing, and prepare procurement committee documentation.
• Monitor team performance, remove blockers, and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably technology procurement.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in managing procurement teams and driving performance improvements.
