Temporary Billing Accountant (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

This temporary position supports the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely billing, invoice processing, and reconciliation for a six‑month period. The role works closely with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve billing issues and maintain financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices upon service delivery and process recurring billings.
• Handle cash and check deposits, follow‑up on returned checks.
• Maintain vendor accounts, verify GRVs against purchase orders, and process supplier payments.
• Create fixed assets and record accrued payables in the Microsoft Dynamics GP system.
• Coordinate with receivables, HRMS, and cashiers for fund adjustments, advance payments, and payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank accounts, prepare monthly aging and billing reconciliation reports, and support audit closures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or similar finance functions.
• Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate financial reports.
