About the role
Easy Trip Travel Agency is looking for experienced Travel Consultants to join its Kuwait City office. The role focuses on handling both flight and hotel bookings, ensuring smooth travel experiences for customers. The position is full‑time, on‑site, with a monthly salary of KWD 400‑500 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage flight reservations, issue tickets, process changes and refunds.
- Search, compare and book hotels using travel supplier systems.
- Prepare accurate quotations and explain baggage allowances and booking conditions.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers while maintaining precise booking records.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in travel reservations covering flights and hotels.
- Proficiency in Amadeus for ticketing and hotel booking processes.
- Strong Arabic and English communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and reliable follow‑up.
