Travel & Reservations Specialist – Urgent Hiring

About the role

The Travel & Reservations Specialist will support our clients by managing hotel bookings and airline ticketing, ensuring smooth travel experiences. This full‑time position is based in Kuwait and requires strong knowledge of global reservation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process hotel reservations and airline ticketing for corporate and leisure travelers.
• Utilise booking platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre to secure optimal rates.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone and email.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and travel partners to resolve issues and confirm itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and travel documentation.
• Handle multiple requests simultaneously while meeting service level agreements.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in travel agencies or travel management companies.
• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage several tasks concurrently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre reservation systems.
