About the role

Our client, a reputable engineering contracting firm in Kuwait, is urgently seeking experienced professionals for a range of maintenance positions. Roles include HVAC supervision, BMS supervision, BMS operation, HVAC and chiller operation, and helpdesk support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee Building Management System (BMS) operations, including monitoring, maintenance, and fault resolution.
• Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily work schedules.
• Provide first‑line technical support as a Helpdesk Operator, handling user requests and system issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant educational qualifications in the respective technical field.
• Proven experience in HVAC, BMS, or helpdesk roles, preferably with at least 2 years in the Middle East for helpdesk candidates.
• Valid Kuwait residency.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• HVAC systems maintenance and operation.
• Building Management System (BMS) monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Computer Applications knowledge for helpdesk support.
