About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to ensure all IT systems run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computers, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly.
- Maintain IT equipment, user accounts, and documentation.
- Support daily IT operations and ensure optimal system performance.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and Microsoft Office.
- Good troubleshooting and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in IT support is preferred.
