Visual Merchandiser – Bedroom & Wardrobe

About the role

ABYAT is seeking a Visual Merchandiser focused on Bedroom and Wardrobe categories to plan, coordinate and monitor visual merchandising across its retail stores in Kuwait. The role translates head‑office concepts into store‑specific layouts that are commercially strong, visually consistent and customer‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate visual merchandising updates for bedroom and wardrobe areas across multiple stores.
• Support new range launches, product launches, seasonal refreshes, discontinued range changes and out‑of‑stock replacements.
• Translate head‑office concepts into clear store‑specific guidelines, layouts, visual action plans and implementation instructions.
• Work closely with Business Units, Category, Layout Execution, Marketing, Store Operations, Inventory/Supply Chain and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor product availability, approved alternatives and replacement items that may impact bedroom and wardrobe displays.

Required profile

• Experience in visual merchandising within furniture, home‑furnishing or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of store layout, space efficiency and brand standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
