Visual Merchandiser

About the role

ABYAT is looking for a Visual Merchandiser to create eye‑catching displays that highlight our extensive product range and improve the shopping experience across our retail locations. You will work closely with marketing, product development and store operations to ensure visual concepts align with brand standards and seasonal themes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative visual concepts for store interiors, window displays and promotional installations.
• Design detailed floor plans, 3D renderings and mock‑ups using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising and recommend improvements.
• Train store staff on visual standards to guarantee consistent execution.
• Monitor inventory of display materials and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate supplies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, interior design or a similar role.
• Strong creativity and design sensibility with the ability to translate concepts into compelling displays.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
