VP – Head of Elite Client Management

About the role

The Vice President, Head of Elite Client Management, leads the Elite Relationship Managers team responsible for the bank’s most affluent customers. This senior position shapes short‑ and long‑term strategies to grow the elite portfolio, deepen client relationships, and increase assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 6‑month to multi‑year strategies for expanding the elite customer base and team capabilities.
• Lead, mentor and coach Elite Relationship Managers, providing training, succession planning and performance guidance.
• Continuously review and optimise team processes, prioritising and resolving operational roadblocks.
• Identify, target and acquire high‑net‑worth clients through multiple channels while ensuring superior relationship‑building practices.
• Stay current on premium banking products (investment, mortgage, IBG) and market trends to advise clients accurately.
• Coordinate with NBK Wealth, IBG and other divisions to deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Monitor portfolio growth, create tactical plans, and adjust tactics based on market and client changes.
• Ensure flawless execution of client transactions and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in wealth or private banking.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Excellent knowledge of premium banking products and regulatory environment.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate high‑performing teams.
