Waiter/Waitress for Garden Café at Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join the Garden Café team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach, a luxury beachfront resort in Kuwait. The successful candidate will deliver high‑standard food and beverage service to guests in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service in line with hotel standards.
• Take guest orders accurately, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, proper table setup and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and resolve concerns quickly, coordinating with the kitchen and service team.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a five‑star hotel or comparable luxury restaurant.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high guest volumes.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural team.
