About the role
Shabakkat is seeking a Warehouse Incharge to oversee all warehouse activities in Kuwait, ensuring accurate inventory records, smooth stock movements, and effective coordination with procurement and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and consumables.
- Maintain up‑to‑date ERP inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams to fulfill material requirements.
- Manage tools, consumables, and spare parts inventory.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
- Valid transferable residency in Kuwait.
- Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
- Willingness to work in Mina Abdullah.
- Availability of required documents (Civil ID, passport, work permit).
