Warehouse Officer – Logistics & Inventory Management

About the role

The Warehouse Officer will oversee daily warehouse operations in Kuwait, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while meeting productivity targets. This role combines operational management, inventory control, and team leadership in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Manage stock levels, implement FIFO rotation, track materials, and coordinate transportation for cost‑effective delivery.
• Lead, train, motivate, and schedule warehouse staff, resolving issues and fostering teamwork.
• Maintain a daily ledger using Excel to record inventory movements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety (OSHA) and security standards, especially when handling hazardous materials.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, dead stock, and overall productivity.
• Handle specialized telecom equipment such as antennas, RRUs, wireless cards/boards, MW cards/boards, and various cables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and safety regulations.
• Ability to lead and develop a warehouse team.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency for daily ledger updates.
