About the role
A well‑reputed company is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at its Al‑Rai facility in Kuwait. The role involves managing a team, ensuring efficient warehouse processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Utilise ERP systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise supply‑chain efficiency.
Required profile
- Immediate availability with a transferable Visa 18.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP software.
