Accountant – Restaurant Group

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to manage daily financial operations, control food‑and‑beverage costs and ensure accurate reporting across multiple restaurant branches in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile daily branch revenues, POS data and third‑party delivery reports.
• Prepare and analyse F&B costing reports, monitoring yield, inventory variances and waste percentages.
• Process accounts payable and reconcile supplier and vendor statements.
• Audit and process monthly payrolls in line with multi‑branch employee schedules.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and oversee physical stock counts at all locations.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closings, producing profit and loss statements for each brand.
• Maintain compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant within the food‑and‑beverage or restaurant industry.
• Valid and transferable residency in Kuwait.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data auditing and financial analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with modern restaurant POS systems.
• Familiarity with accounting ERP software.
