Accountant – Toys Distribution Company

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join a reputable toys distribution company operating in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role involves managing day‑to‑day financial transactions, supporting audit activities, and ensuring accurate reporting in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial procedures.

Required profile

• Graduated with M.Com, MBA or CA qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience as an audit assistant is advantageous.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
