Architect

About the role

System Development Project Management (SDPM) is looking for a motivated Kuwaiti Architect to join its team. The role is open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least three years of experience who want to develop skills in architectural design, project coordination and construction supervision. The successful candidate will support senior architects and engineers on commercial, residential and infrastructure projects across Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior architects and project managers in design reviews, documentation and coordination activities.
• Prepare architectural drawings, presentations and project reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Review shop drawings, materials and technical sub‑mittals under supervision.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
• Attend project meetings and prepare minutes or follow‑up documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, design development and tender document preparation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in architectural design, consultancy or construction supervision.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) preferred.
