Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Application Engineer to support our building services and HVAC product portfolio. The role bridges sales, technical support and project coordination, ensuring accurate quotations, order processing and product documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and manage the quotation pipeline.
• Evaluate purchase orders, acknowledge them and prepare order estimations for commercial approval.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
• Maintain material coding, tracking, and catalogue data while handling technical documentation and project submittals.
• Provide technical application support and prepare sales orders for booking.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance teams throughout the order lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Kuwait transferrable visa.
• Relevant experience in building services, HVAC, valves, insulation or related products.
• Proven experience preparing technical/commercial quotations and processing purchase orders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
