Key responsibilities

• Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude in all guest interactions and look for ways to enhance their stay.
• Manage beverage operations for designated banquets and outlets, maintaining quality, service standards, and profitability.
• Implement marketing, up‑selling, and promotional initiatives to drive beverage sales.
• Support guest‑satisfaction strategies by gathering feedback and driving continuous improvements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members while recruiting new talent as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol‑service regulations.
