Assistant Store Manager (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales at our Abercrombie & Fitch / Hollister store in Kuwait. You will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, creativity and people leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines, ensuring the store is ready for business.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train, develop and motivate non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while actively driving sales.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays.
• Analyze sales reports to support decision‑making.
• Protect store assets through inventory control and loss‑prevention measures.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
