Branch Manager – Early Childhood Education

About the role

BeCurious, a Finnish‑method preschool operating across three locations in Kuwait, is looking for a Branch Manager to own the day‑to‑day operations of one of its branches. The role ensures that every classroom session, teacher, and family interaction meets the company’s high standards without compromise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations from opening to closing, ensuring sessions run on time and to standard.
• Execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as defined in the BeCurious operating system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully prepared learning environment at all times.
• Lead and manage teachers and support staff, conducting daily briefings and holding staff accountable to performance standards.
• Coach teachers, monitor classroom delivery, and ensure lesson plans and child observation records are completed correctly.
• Provide a consistent, high‑quality parent experience, handling concerns promptly and supporting enrollment efforts.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate supply needs, and ensure accurate record‑keeping for attendance, incidents, and staff data.
• Report daily and weekly updates to the Director of Operations and ensure compliance with inspection requirements.

Required profile

• Willingness to work on‑site at one of the BeCurious branches in Kuwait (Salam, Shuhada or Salwa).
• Full‑time availability for a permanent position.
