Business Manager – Interventional Therapies

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager to lead growth and performance of its Interventional Therapies portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will drive revenue, commercial excellence, distributor performance, and market development across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue growth, sales targets, and market‑share expansion for the Interventional Therapies portfolio.
• Set, monitor and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets with disciplined execution.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Manage distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews and corrective action plans.
• Develop and execute pricing, commercial and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, customers and healthcare institutions.
• Identify market opportunities and launch strategic growth initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory and clinical teams.
• Provide regular business updates, revenue reports and performance reviews to regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven track record of sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong experience with distributor‑led business models, commercial strategy, forecasting, demand planning and inventory management.
