B2B Field Sales Representative – Foam & Mattress Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Field Sales Representative to promote and sell foam, mattress, and related products across Kuwait. The role involves visiting companies, factories, hotels, furniture stores, contractors, hospitals and other commercial clients to generate new business and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to potential business clients throughout Kuwait.
• Promote and sell foam, mattress and related products to commercial customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and build a strong portfolio of B2B customers.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking and market research.
• Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular field‑visit and sales reports.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years proven B2B field sales experience.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with strong knowledge of the local market.
• Existing network or portfolio of business clients is highly preferred.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence, own car and willingness to travel daily.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Experience in foam, mattresses, furniture, hospitality supplies or construction materials is an advantage.
