About the role
The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining UIH diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites across Kuwait. The role combines field service, technical support and on‑site training to ensure optimal performance of modalities such as DR, CT, MR and PET.
Key responsibilities
- Install UIH diagnostic imaging systems within the assigned product range at customer locations.
- Collaborate with the regional and headquarters Customer Care Center to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and software updates under supervision.
- Participate in service training courses and obtain the UIH Professional Certificate to enhance technical competence.
- Escalate issues when customer satisfaction is at risk and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Provide on‑site training to customers and replace faulty spare parts as needed.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Technical associate degree or higher.
- Knowledge of the principles and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (DR, CT, MR, PET).
- Strong ability to diagnose and resolve faults in the field.
- Excellent communication, coordination and customer‑oriented service attitude.
- Flexibility to work unsociable hours, travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with diagnostic imaging modalities (DR, CT, MR, PET).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of IT and networking infrastructure.
