Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Alghanim Industries. The role focuses on proactively addressing customer concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of service across all business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customers’ queries and understand their needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude during all customer interactions.
• Ensure sales activities comply with Alghanim policy.
• Support the resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
• Coordinate with Section Heads to deliver excellent service.
• Keep company information, including sales figures, strictly confidential.
• Follow Alghanim policies, guidelines, and business KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and knowledge of Alghanim’s major functions.
• Follow up on pending issues using computer applications and proper telephone etiquette.
• Stay aware of in‑store promotions such as discounts, credit offers, coupons, and raffles.
• Contribute to cost control and theft‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English and Arabic language capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
