Call Center Representative – Sales

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City involves handling inbound calls, answering customer inquiries, and providing product information for off‑road, overlanding and camping gear. The representative guides customers through the sales process, recommends suitable items and supports order placement and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about product range.
• Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable off‑road, overlanding and camping equipment.
• Assist customers with order placement, follow‑up and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records in internal systems.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Sales aptitude and comfort working towards sales targets.
• Interest or familiarity with off‑road, overlanding and camping products.
• Reliability and punctuality for full‑time on‑site work in Kuwait City.
