Data Entry Specialist – Food & Beverage Company

About the role

The leading food & beverage company in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated Data Entry professional to support its accounting, inventory and cost management functions. The role involves accurate and timely entry of business data into internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, purchase and inventory data in company databases.
• Process invoices and support basic accounting tasks.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks and corrections.
• Generate routine reports for inventory and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data consistency.

Required profile

• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Valid Kuwait visa (category 18, transferable).
• Ready to start immediately or within 1–2 weeks.
• Minimum two years of relevant data entry experience.
• Kuwait resident (local hire only).

Required skills

• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
