About the role

The District Manager will oversee a cluster of Caribou Coffee stores, driving overall performance and profitability. You will lead store managers, ensure brand standards are met, and champion exceptional customer service in a fast‑moving food‑and‑beverage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop store managers, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
• Analyze store performance data, identify improvement areas, and implement strategic actions.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify compliance with brand, operational, and safety standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of marketing and promotional initiatives across all locations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost‑reduction programs to drive profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize losses, and optimize stock management.
• Analyze sales trends to uncover revenue growth and menu optimization opportunities.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction, address customer concerns, and promote a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Recruit, onboard, and train store managers, building a strong, dedicated team.
