Electrical Engineer & Sales Roles – Engineering & Business Development

About the role

A leading trading and engineering company in Kuwait is expanding its team. We are looking for qualified Electrical Engineers and Sales & Pre‑Sales Engineers to support project delivery and business growth across electrical and ELV solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals, material approvals and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Support procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical proposals and commercial quotations.
• Engage with international manufacturers to verify technical compliance and pricing.
• Attend client meetings, technical presentations and clarification sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in sales, pre‑sales or technical estimation for electrical or ELV systems.

Required skills

• Electrical systems design and specifications.
• Review of project drawings and single‑line diagrams.
• Preparation of technical submittals and compliance statements.
• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and cost estimation.
• Technical proposal and commercial quotation development.
• Coordination with international manufacturers and suppliers.
