Engineering Pre‑Sales Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Pre‑Sales Coordinator to drive tendering and proposal activities for ELV, CCTV, Power, Electrical and Infrastructure projects. You will act as the bridge between sales, engineering and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender specifications and engineering requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, compliance sheets and technical proposals.
• Manage tenders for ELV, CCTV, Access Control, UPS, Batteries, Generators and Data‑Center infrastructure.
• Coordinate technical and commercial offers with vendors and manufacturers.
• Ensure all submissions meet customer and tender requirements.
• Support project planning, coordination and documentation.
• Maintain tender schedules and submission deadlines.
• Assist the Enterprise Manager with business development and opportunity tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering tendering or pre‑sales.
• Strong knowledge of ELV, Power and Infrastructure solutions.
