Experienced Crane Operators – 120 Ton & 50 Ton Positions

About the role

We are seeking experienced crane operators to join a reputable construction firm in Ahmadi, Kuwait. Two positions are available: a 120‑ton crane operator and a 50‑ton crane operator for rig work. Both roles involve a 12‑hour shift schedule, including Fridays, with overtime compensated.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 120‑ton or 50‑ton crane safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform rig‑up and rig‑down procedures for the 50‑ton crane position.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site protocols.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely completion of lifting tasks.
• Report any equipment issues or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating heavy‑duty cranes.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to stay on site for the duration of the assignment.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: 300 KWD for the 120‑ton role, 275 KWD for the 50‑ton role.
• Overtime pay: 150 KWD (120‑ton) or 100 KWD (50‑ton) per extra hour.
• Food allowance of 30 KWD (120‑ton) and full accommodation with meals for the 50‑ton rig position.
