Key responsibilities

• Handle travel reservations and ticketing using GDS platforms.
• Manage day‑to‑day travel operations and client inquiries.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Kuwait.
• Proven experience in travel operations and customer service.
