About the role
We are seeking a professional and experienced female secretary to support our office in Farwaniya, Kuwait. The role is full‑time and involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in English and Arabic.
- Schedule appointments, organize meetings and maintain calendars.
- Handle phone calls, greet visitors and direct inquiries.
- Prepare and file documents, maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
Required profile
- Female candidate with proven secretarial or administrative experience.
- Fluent reading, writing and speaking in both English and Arabic.
- Professional attitude, strong communication and excellent organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of 250 KWD per month.
- Standard working hours: Sunday‑Thursday 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM, Saturday 1:00 PM‑5:00 PM, Friday off.
- Full‑time, on‑site position in a supportive team environment.
