Film Director

About the role

Corporate Vision Video is seeking a full‑time Film Director to lead the creation of corporate films, documentaries and promotional videos from concept through final delivery. Based in Kuwait City, you will work closely with clients and production teams to turn business narratives into compelling visual stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine creative concepts and storyboards aligned with client objectives.
• Direct on‑set production, guiding cast and crew while keeping shoots on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with producers, cinematographers and editors to ensure visual and narrative consistency.
• Oversee post‑production processes, including editing, colour grading and graphics.
• Contribute to pitch presentations, creative treatments and mentor emerging local talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in film direction and production for corporate, documentary or promotional projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and internal teams, manage deadlines and budgets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kuwait City and travel regionally as needed.
