About the role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Finance and Administration Officer to manage the company’s financial and administrative operations in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role combines core accounting duties with office administration to ensure smooth daily business activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support management with operational data.
- Manage office administration, filing systems, and coordinate with suppliers, clients, and service providers.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and provide basic HR support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in finance and administration roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferred experience in VAT filing and financial reporting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Experience with VAT filing.
- Financial reporting competence.
