Finance & Operations Officer

About the role

The Finance & Operations Officer will oversee the full spectrum of financial activities for NativesKuwaiti, a direct‑to‑consumer apparel brand rooted in cultural identity and purposeful design. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, cost analysis, reporting, and commercial ledger management to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle product costing, margin analysis, and inventory reconciliation.
• Process payroll and manage vendor payments.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for campaigns and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and government bodies as needed.
• Provide management with clear financial insights to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good command of Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Xero.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of costing principles and financial reporting.
