Full-time Mandoub (Ministry Liaison)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Mandoub to act as the primary liaison between our company and various ministries in Kuwait City. The role involves managing all ministry‑related procedures to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with Kuwaiti ministries on behalf of the company.
• Prepare, submit, and track official documents and applications.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all ministry interactions and correspondence.
• Provide internal teams with updates on regulatory requirements and procedural changes.

Required profile

• Preferred nationalities: Jordanian, Syrian, or Palestinian.
• Relevant experience working in Kuwait, especially with government ministries.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti ministry procedures and documentation.
• Full‑time availability and ability to work on‑site in Kuwait City.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
