Head of Account Management (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead its Kuwait team on a maternity‑cover basis. You will be responsible for managing the company’s top restaurant partners, driving growth, and strengthening Deliveroo’s position in the Kuwaiti food‑and‑beverage market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Account Management strategy for Kuwait.
• Lead meetings with high‑profile F&B groups for new business, renegotiations, and relationship management.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key restaurant stakeholders to increase profitability.
• Oversee a large portfolio of restaurants, using data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Corporate teams to support business‑growth initiatives.
• Manage, mentor and motivate a team of account managers and associates to meet aggressive targets.
• Represent Deliveroo at industry events and uphold the brand’s reputation in Kuwait.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in account management or sales within the F&B sector.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving account growth.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Self‑starter with the ability to lead, develop, mentor and coach a large team.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills across diverse personalities in the restaurant industry.
