Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, and supporting the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labour regulations and maintain up‑to‑date HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance procedures.
• Support payroll processing and other administrative HR functions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations efficiently.
