HVAC Foreman – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead installation and maintenance projects for our client in Kuwait. The role involves supervising technicians, coordinating site activities, and ensuring work is executed according to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct HVAC technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Manage daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within quality standards.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and schematics to guide work execution.
• Coordinate with other trades and stakeholders to resolve on‑site issues.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and project execution.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site operations.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
