Immunology Sales Representative – Kuwait

About the role

The Sales Representative will execute Novartis' in‑field commercial strategy for priority immunology brands across a defined territory in Kuwait. The focus is on high‑quality customer engagement, demand generation and achieving agreed sales objectives while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the ICE framework by segmenting customers, applying value‑based targeting, delivering personalized omnichannel engagement and documenting visits.
• Provide compliant, high‑impact engagement using approved brand messaging and digital tools, continuously improving through coaching and performance insights.
• Act as a trusted therapeutic‑area partner to healthcare professionals, explaining clinical data, evidence and appropriate product use.
• Leverage technology enablement tools such as “next best action” proposals to maximise customer impact.
• Collect, interpret and share field insights on best practices, market dynamics, competitor activity and territory needs to drive actionable plans.
• Participate in local events, meetings and promotional activities in compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with TA Marketing, Medical TA, Value & Access and Execution Excellence partners.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Proven track record of successful performance in sales.
• Experience in immunology or dermatology (preferred) and launching new products (preferred).
• Solid experience in the Kuwait market (preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, with experience managing and engaging TMEs.
