About the role
The Outdoor Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Shuwaikh, visiting existing and potential customers to present Al‑Tuhoo’s construction‑materials portfolio and grow market share.
Key responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities and conduct site visits to showcase product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up with clients and close deals to meet targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and gather market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and participate in promotional activities.
Required profile
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, preferably in construction materials or related sectors.
- Experience in outdoor/field sales with a valid Kuwait driving licence.
- Customer relationship management skills and basic business/market awareness.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High school diploma required; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
