About the role
The Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking an Income Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of hotel revenue. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid communication abilities, and foundational accounting knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Audit hotel revenue, checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in line with cash handling policies.
- Organize, secure, and maintain files and records according to retention and confidentiality policies.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance (advantageous) or related field.
- Previous accounting experience preferred; hotel accounting experience mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
