Information Technology Manager - Kuwait

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead day‑to‑day IT operations, drive the Group’s digital transformation agenda and ensure business continuity across all branches in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee ERP system enhancements, help‑desk services, hardware onboarding and back‑end infrastructure sizing.
• Manage branch‑level IT governance, standardising infrastructure, policies, cybersecurity controls and ensuring reliable connectivity (VPN, internet redundancy, remote access).
• Lead data governance initiatives, including data protection, master data management, migration, archiving and compliance.
• Own group‑wide business continuity planning, testing and disaster‑recovery arrangements.
• Drive long‑term digital transformation projects such as AI integration, CRM migration and workflow standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10‑12 years progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership or Head of IT roles.
• Proven track record managing multi‑branch IT operations, digital transformation, ERP/CRM platforms and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in budgeting, vendor management and cross‑functional stakeholder coordination.
